Who We Are
Market Finders is an employee-owned (ESOP) wholesale brokerage founded in 1972 by James Ryan. What began as a small state brokerage has grown into a recognized and respected surplus lines wholesaler serving independent agents throughout Kentucky and the Midwest.
For more than five decades, Market Finders has maintained strong relationships with many of the nation’s leading insurance carriers, including domestic markets and Lloyd’s specialty risk markets. These partnerships allow us to provide independent agents with access to a broad range of insurance products and specialty market opportunities.
We take pride in being one of the largest independent Excess & Surplus wholesalers in Kentucky and among the most respected brokers in the Midwest.
